UI/UX Designer

I came in touch with UI/UX design when I first learned about website development back in 2003. At that time, I would first get to know my target users. It is important to figure out what their interests are, what they expect to see, what their browsing orders are, and what they pay most attention to. Then I would design around this information I gathered, such as making sure the layout of the UI convey its primary functionality, adjusting the ordering of elements for the ease of access, or providing buttons at the convenient spots. After the design comes out, I would test it with anyone I can find to make sure my assumptions are right.
